You have until 30 April to submit a nomination for the 2014 IEEE Educational Activities Board (EAB) awards, which recognize major contributions to engineering and technical education. You may nominate an IEEE member, IEEE section, IEEE society, or outside organization. Nominations are sought for these 10 awards:

Meritorious Achievement Award in Continuing Education—for members who have made contributions to the design, delivery, and support of continuing education courses and programs in IEEE’s fields of interest.
Meritorious Achievement Award in Informal Education—for members who volunteer as librarians, docents, tour guides, or curators, or who act as technical advisors to, or serve as board members of, aquariums, museums, parks, zoos, or similar settings where teachers, students, and the public can benefit from their professional expertise in science and technology.
Major Educational Innovation Award—for members whose educational innovations have had a major impact and have been emulated by others.
Preuniversity Educator Award—for current preuniversity classroom teachers, not necessarily IEEE members, who have inspired in students an appreciation of mathematics, science, technology, and the engineering process, and have encouraged them to pursue technical careers.
Meritorious Service Citation—for IEEE volunteers who are past members of the Educational Activities Board or are serving, or have served, on EAB committees (except for current service on the Awards and Recognition Committee) for outstanding and sustained service toward the aims and objectives of the EAB.
