IEEE Fellow Danica Kragic and her research group at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm, are developing object-grasping and -manipulating systems to give robots motor skills that make them more humanlike. The aim is for these advanced machines to someday take over jobs from humans that are dull like stocking shelves or dirty like mining.
